Our Story
In 2019, our founder recognized how fragile careers could be — disrupted by family responsibilities, emerging technologies, and unstable opportunities. She saw how both women and men struggled to find not only secure jobs but also the balance and purpose they deserved in their professional lives.

At the same time, she observed many international companies entering Vietnam with excitement but little local understanding - misallocating resources, burning budgets, and eventually withdrawing from the market. Drawing from her own experience, she founded Jade Halo Bridge (JHB) to help global businesses enter and grow in Vietnam the right way - sustainably, transparently, and for the long term.
In 2023, JHB entered a new chapter under the mentorship of William Klippgen, Managing Partner of Cocoon Capital and Co-Founder of Kelkoo (acquired by Yahoo!). His guidance helped refine our strategy and strengthen our mission to connect global businesses with Vietnamese talent.
